Girls in the Shop Day--Grades 9-12

The workshop is taught by women in STEM fields from around the Des Moines area, and teaches girls entering grades 9-12 shop skills such as wood working, metal working, and basic electronics. There is a registration fee of $20, and participants receive lunch, tshirt, a goody bag, and can take their projects home as well. The workshop is on June 9th at Valley High School, from 9am-4pm.
